How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be provided.
I didn’t receive an order confirmation. What should I do?
Order confirmations are sent automatically after checkout. If you do not receive one within 24 hours, please contact our support team.

If your order is delayed, please reach out to our support team. Live chat and email support are available during business hours (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM GST, Monday to Friday).
What if my order is marked delivered but I haven’t received it?
Please review your tracking information and confirm the delivery address. We are not responsible for parcels left at receptions or unattended areas based on courier instructions.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement by contacting our support team. If processing has already begun, cancellation may not be possible. Returns can be requested after delivery in accordance with our Return Policy.
Can I change my delivery address?
Address changes within the same city may be possible before dispatch. Please contact both the courier and our support team as soon as possible.
Can I modify my order after placing it?
Once dispatched, orders cannot be modified. Exchanges or returns may be requested after delivery, subject to our Return Policy.
Can someone else receive my order on my behalf?
Yes, anyone present at the delivery address may receive the parcel.
Do I need to be present at delivery?
Yes, deliveries require acknowledgment. For prepaid orders, contactless delivery may apply. We are not responsible for parcels left unattended.
Will delivery take longer during sales or promotions?
During high-volume periods such as sales or promotional events, delivery timelines may be slightly extended.

Cash on Delivery is available in the UAE and can be selected at checkout.
Are COD orders refundable?
COD orders are not eligible for refunds. Store credit may be issued where applicable.
